Through her leadership, Dean Bronson will infuse Pepperdine Mission and Christian values in every component of the School of Physician Assistant Studies.”
Before joining Pepperdine, Bronson served as Dean of the Texas Master of Physician Assistant Program at West Coast University. She previously held leadership roles at Colorado Mesa University as the founding Program Director of the Master of Physician Assistant Studies Program and Assistant Vice President for Research and Innovation.
Bronson brings more than 15 years of clinical experience as a PA, specializing in otolaryngology and plastic and reconstructive surgery. In addition to her clinical and academic work, Bronson has held leadership roles with the American Academy of Physician Assistants Team Initiative and Healthier Colorado. She also served as President of the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants.
She earned her EdD in leadership in higher education from Bethel University, an MMS from St. Francis University, and a BA in speech communication from Metropolitan State College of Denver. She holds a certificate in Physician Assistant Studies.
