CarterBaldwin Executive Search and Phillips Pet Food & Supplies are pleased to announce that Billy Hegeman has been named Senior Vice President, eCommerce. Billy will lead Phillips’ entire eCommerce strategy and team, including the company’s EndlessAisles platform. EndlessAisles is an innovative online capability that Phillips pioneered to help drive sales for their specialty retail customers and brands.

We are excited about Billy’s decision to join us on this important journey. Billy has a great background in eCommerce, retail and distribution. He is the right choice to help us grow Phillips as we partner with specialty pet retailers and our brand partners to enhance their businesses as well.
Hegeman spent nearly a decade with Amazon in senior leadership roles where he successfully built and drove the US Kitchen and Prime Pantry business lines. He also served as SVP, Consumer Experience for Georgia-Pacific.
Hegeman earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Colorado State University and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
