Rachel brings more than a decade of experience driving organizational strategy and growth in investor-backed companies. She most recently served as a senior HR leader at Altria Group following its $3 billion acquisition of NJOY, where she served as CHRO.

Earlier in her career, Rachel held dual HR and legal leadership roles at high-growth startups, scaling teams from 30 to more than1,200 employees. A former employment attorney, she began her career clerking in federal court.

Rachel holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a BA in political science and women’s studies from the University of Michigan.
