CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Roben Durand as vice president of growth marketing for Incident IQ, a tech support and asset management platform for K-12 schools.

Roben joins Incident IQ from ABM Industries (NYSE: ABM), where she served as vice president of digital marketing and demand generation. In this role, she increased sales by 20% and deal size by $100K year over year.

Prior to ABM, Roben served as senior director of demand generation for Greenway Health and marketing director/brand manager for Red House B2B Marketing, two software-as-a-service companies. She began her career with WarnerMedia where she was marketing director for Turner Sports Marketing and Programming.

An Illinois native, Roben received her BA in communications/business from Southern Illinois University.
