CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Steven Ouellette as the first Chief Financial Officer for Insurcomm, one of the fastest growing restoration service providers in the United States. Insurcomm recently announced majority growth investment from Summit Partners.
He joins Insurcomm with 20 years of transformational finance leadership, most recently as Chief Financial Officer at PEAK Event Services. Steve was instrumental in the successful sale of PEAK Event Services, a Trivest Partners owned business, to Bright Event Rentals in early 2024.
Steve began his career in accounting at Ernst & Young before joining Automotive Aftermarket Group as Corporate Controller. Following two years at Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR), Steve returned to AAG to successfully lead the company through bankruptcy, an ownership transition, and successful sale. He also held finance roles at Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC) and UK-based Velcro Companies.
Steve earned his BS in accounting and business administration from the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
