CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Susan Irwin as Vice President of Shared Services Administration for Georgia System Operations Corporation.
She joins GSOC from Southwire Company, where she served as Vice President, People & Culture Technology and Systems. Prior to Southwire, Susan was Vice President, Global HR Technology and HR Operations at Rheem Manufacturing. Earlier in her career, Susan served for more than a decade at Cox Communications, launching the company’s first HR shared service center.
Susan holds a BS in mathematics and from Georgia State University.
