CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with the Tim Tebow Foundation in the appointment of Chu Soh as their next President. He will succeed Steve Biondo, who is retiring after leading the ministry for seven years.
Chu brings with him an elite level of mission focus, organizational efficiency, and faith-driven executive leadership. Chu’s most recent experience comes from his role as Chief Operating Officer with GuideStone, where he led a 500-person team delivering insurance and retirement products as well as investment services. Prior to that, Chu started his non-profit experience with Christian Care Ministry as Chief Operating Officer where he exponentially grew the company impact. Chu served in the United States Air Force for 21 years before transitioning into the non-profit executive leadership space.
Chu holds both MS and DPT degrees in physical therapy from the Baylor College of Medicine, an MS in sports medicine from the University of Florida, and a BS in biology from the United States Air Force Academy.
