CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. in the appointment of Jennifer Ireland as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Jennifer joins USESI from Regal Rexnord (NYSE: RRX), one of the largest electric motor manufacturers in the world, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Regal Rexnord’s acquisition of Altra Industrial Motion (NASDAQ: AIMC), Jennifer served for 20 years in HR roles there.
Jennifer began her career in human resources at energy consultant J. Makowski Associates, Inc. and GSI Lumonics, a global producer of laser-based manufacturing equipment.
A Massachusetts native, Jennifer holds a BA in communications from Fairfield University.
