CarterBaldwin Executive Search and Mohawk Industries (NYSE: MHK) are pleased to announce the placement of Trey Harshfield as Vice President of eCommerce.  As the world’s largest flooring company, Mohawk manufactures in 19 countries, sells in over 170, and has revenues of almost $10 billion, earning it #315 on the 2019 Fortune 500 list.

Trey joins Mohawk from Molson Coors Beverage Company (NYSE: TAP), the United States’ second and the world’s fifth largest brewer by volume. At Molson Coors, Trey served as Global Senior Director, eCommerce, creating and driving global BBC, B2B, and DTC strategy across all business units while leading for digital transformation throughout the organization.

Prior to Molson Coors, Trey served as Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing at PepsiCo and was responsible for delivering the total PepsiCo Food & Beverage revenue plan for their largest eCommerce customer, Walmart Inc.

Trey’s early career was spent in product management and merchandising roles for Amazon and Walmart. He holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from the University of Arkansas.

As Mohawk’s new Vice President of eCommerce, Trey will establish Mohawk Flooring North America’s first eCommerce P&L, partnering with retailers to strategically alter their merchandising and channel strategies to better attract customers and provide a seamless omni-channel experience through an online forum.
