CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to announce that Brandon Bennett has joined global manufacturer Mountville Mills, Inc., as Vice President of Human Resources.
Brandon comes to Mountville Mills from Southwire Company, LLC, one of North America’s largest wire and cable producers, where he began his career as an intern in 2007. During his tenure, Brandon progressively moved up the ranks within the HR department, most recently serving as Director, HR Shared Services. Brandon played a key role in integrating newly acquired businesses for Southwire and was instrumental in establishing them as an “Employer of Choice.”
At Mountville Mills, Brandon will be responsible for all aspects of HR across a multi-site manufacturing environment. Partnering with the executive team, Brandon will lead the company’s strategic vision to grow and elevate its HR support to a business-oriented function and key player in business development.
A Georgia native, Brandon graduated from the University of West Georgia with a BBA and MBA.
