CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of James Hart as Chief People Officer for Shoals Technologies Group (NASDAQ: SHLS), a Tennessee-based leading provider of Electrical Balance of System (EBOS) solutions and components for solar, energy storage, and eMobility.
James joins Shoals from Cardlytics (NASDAQ: CDLX), where he served as Vice President, People, leading the people and culture function for the organization. He began his career at Southwire Company, serving in multiple human resources roles over 13 years with the largest divisions in the company.
A Georgia native, James served in the United States Air Force before earning his BBA and MBA from the University of West Georgia.
