CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Operation Mobilization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Ginsberg as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Andrew joins Operation Mobilization from The Navigators, where he was Senior Vice President of Development for the international ministry and served as a member of the executive leadership team. In his three years there, Andrew grew the organization from $100M in contribution revenue to $140M.

Prior to The Navigators, Andrew served at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA campus ministry as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. Andrew led all aspects of fundraising and established highly successful major gift, estate, and planned giving functions to reach the organization’s $80M annual goal.

Earlier in his career, Andrew held executive roles in healthcare, including Vice President of Marketing and Managing Director of clinical research for LabCorp as well as leadership and strategy roles within SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline) in the US and abroad.

Andrew graduated from Duke University with a BA in political science and a Genetics Certificate. He currently serves on the boards of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, BioLogos, and Children’s Theater of Madison (WI).
