CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Colleen Romero as Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce at HealthWay Family of Brands.
Colleen joins HealthWay from Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (NYSE: SWK), where she served as Director of Marketing Technology, establishing strategy for eCommerce, digital marketing, and point of sale projects and programs around the world.
Prior to Stanley Black & Decker, Colleen led marketing, media, and eCommerce efforts at NAPA Auto Parts, NCR Corporation (NYSE: VYX), SiteOne Landscape Supply (NYSE: SITE), and Nokia (NYSE: NOK).
Colleen earned an MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA in international business from Loyola University New Orleans. She has completed digital marketing strategies courses at Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management) and The George Washington University.
