CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to partner with Cox Farms, the largest greenhouse owner and operator in North America, in announcing three senior appointments within its People and Culture function: Toni Dasher as Head of Talent, Nikki Roberson as Head of Internal Communications, and Megan Biesenger as Head of Total Rewards. These appointments reflect Cox Farms’ continued investment in building an enterprise-level People & Culture platform to support its next chapter of growth, integration, and workforce engagement.
Toni Dasher joins Cox Farms from Gypsum Management & Supply, a leading distributor of specialty building products and wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, where she served as VP of Talent and Inclusion & Diversity. She built the enterprise talent function from the ground up, standing up a high-volume recruitment function, created a structured succession planning process, and established a leadership development organization. Earlier at Coca-Cola Refreshments, she led succession planning and talent reviews for the Executive Leadership Team and supported HR Business Partners across a 16,000+ associate North America bottling organization.
Toni holds an MBA in human resources and organizational change and development from Regent University and a BS in multidisciplinary studies from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Nikki Roberson joins from TireHub, a national wholesale tire distributor formed as a 50/50 joint venture between Bridgestone and Goodyear, where she was a founding member of the leadership team. As VP of Communications, Culture, and Customer Experience, she built the company’s communications and cultural identity infrastructure from scratch. Before TireHub, at InterContinental Hotels Group (NYSE: IHG), she served as the internal communications lead during the acquisition of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, managing a unified communications strategy across corporate, hotel, and restaurant populations simultaneously.
Nikki holds an MBA in marketing from Georgia State University and a BA in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina.
Megan Biesenger joins from Newell Brands, where she served as Senior Director of Executive Rewards leading the full North American total rewards function; compensation, benefits, and global mobility across 11,000 employees. Before Newell, Megan spent nearly a decade at Novelis, a global aluminum manufacturer with 14,000 employees, leading rewards harmonization through M&A integration across multiple acquired employee populations.
Megan holds a BBA in risk management and insurance from the University of Georgia.
