Nancy built her career leading commercial and product transformations for consumer brands across juvenile products, housewares, and office categories, consistently pairing general management responsibilities with hands-on brand and product leadership.
Most recently, she served as Commercial President, Americas for Britax Child Safety, a Nordic Capital portfolio company.
Previously, at Medela, the global medical device and breast pump manufacturer, Nancy served as Vice President of Marketing and Ecommerce for the Americas business, leading a multi-channel team spanning B2C, B2B, and B2B2C markets. Prior to Medela, Nancy spent more than two decades at Fellowes, culminating in her role as Global Marketing Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Work Solutions division, where she led the identification and integration of the largest acquisition in Fellowes’ history.
Nancy holds a BS in marketing from Michigan State University and an MBA in marketing from Northern Illinois University.
