Curtis Long is named Chief Operating Officer for P&S Paving

CarterBaldwin Executive Search and P&S Paving, Inc. are pleased to announce the appointment of Curtis Long as Chief Operating Officer.

Curtis joins P&S Paving from Superior Construction in Jacksonville, FL, where he was Executive Vice President and spent the last 20+ years strategically planning and successfully overseeing operations on construction projects ranging from $2-$40 million. During his tenure, the company grew from 350 to more than 900 employees.

At P&S Paving, Curtis will partner with CEO Tim Phillips. He will be responsible for leading all operations and serve as a key stakeholder in driving profitable, long-term growth.

Born in Charleston, SC to a commissioned Air Force officer working in the civil arena, Curtis became attracted to construction management while riding bulldozers on job sites with this father. He attended the University of North Florida, receiving a BS in industrial technology/building construction.
