CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with Feed the Children, a global nonprofit committed to ending childhood hunger, in the appointment of Debra Shoaf as its next Chief Financial Officer.

Debra joins Feed the Children from the Atlanta Community Food Bank where she served as Chief Financial Officer for almost ten years. While there, she was named Feeding America’s Financial Leader of the Year for 2018 and was recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Non-Profit CFOs for 2020.

Prior to her role at the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Debra served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. She has also held positions in private industry as Chief Financial Officer for Renfroe Enterprises and as Controller at Ivan Allen Company.

Debra earned a BBA in accounting from Georgia State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
