CarterBaldwin Executive Search and Fisher Container are pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Donofrio as Chief Operations Officer.
Dan brings over 25 years of operations leadership experience in a variety of packaging related businesses including Solo Cup Company, Pregis. Most recently, Dan was the Global Vice President of Technical Services at HAVI. Throughout his career Dan has driven value in operations, engineering, quality assurance and graphic services roles, in both domestic and international markets. He has excelled in delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement at each of his assignments. Dan holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, as well as a BE in plastics technology from Illinois State University.
