CarterBaldwin Executive Search and Global Claims Services (GCS) are pleased to announce the appointment of Jolene Williams as Chief Financial Officer.

Jolene joins GCS, a private equity-backed technology company, as their new CFO. She was most recently at Healogics, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services, where she served as the Vice President of Finance. Jolene saw the company through several private equity sales and grew revenue from $35M to $400M during her tenure. Jolene holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University.

As GCS’s Chief Financial Officer, Jolene will be a crucial strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and a critical component of the executive leadership team. She will establish, direct and institutionalize both a financial and process rigor that enables expedited acquisition due diligence and integration while supporting the operational and strategic data needs of the business. Jolene has spent the last several years working in a fast-paced private equity environment and looks forward to leveraging her experience at GCS.
