CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to partner again with Rogers Electric in the appointment of Jason Massoth as Executive Vice President of Construction. In this inaugural role, Jason will lead the scaling of its rapidly growing business, bringing operational excellence, process discipline, and strategic leadership to propel continued growth in partnership with major customers.
Jason brings more than 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, spanning hands-on fieldwork to leading complex projects nationwide. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of PayneCrest Electric and Communications, a St. Louis-based electrical contractor, where he led a company-wide transformation that included the implementation of a scalable operating model, the launch of a high-output prefab facility, and the adoption of fixed-cost forecasting to improve efficiency and margins.
Prior to PayneCrest, Jason spent 15 years at M.C. Dean, where he was consistently promoted and played a key role in scaling its construction business as an operations leader. He began his career as an estimator and project manager with Huxtable, later acquired by P1 Group.
A licensed Master Electrician and registered Professional Engineer (PE) in 14 states, Jason also holds Designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and LEED Accredited Professional certifications. He earned his BS in electrical engineering from Kansas State University.
