Doron joins X-energy from Kairos Power where he served as Senior Director of Reactor System Design. Prior to Kairos, Doron held engineering management roles at TerraPower, and Domatex, as well as technical leadership and subject matter expert roles at Sandia National Laboratory and Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory.
Doron earned his MS and PhD in nuclear and radiation engineering, as well as a BS in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
