Pampered Chef hires Mary Cook as Chief Financial Officer

CarterBaldwin Executive Search and Pampered Chef are pleased to announce that Mary Cook has joined Pampered Chef as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Mary is a dynamic executive with 20 years of finance and change management experience across consumer products, automotive, and technology companies. She will report directly to Pampered Chef CEO, Tracy Britt Cool, and will be responsible for company-wide FP&A, financial operations, accounting, and compliance.

In her most recent role as Divisional Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sears Holding Company’s Footwear and Home lines of business, Mary built and led a team of finance and accounting professionals for a combined $3bn P&L. Prior to her role at Sears, Mary was a Director of Finance at Kmart leading the pricing and analytics function as Kmart exited bankruptcy. Prior to her time in consumer products, Mary was an Engagement Leader with Spherion Consulting working with automotive clients. Mary began her career at Andersen Consulting and Chrysler.

Mary holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Psychology from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
