CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Presbyterian Homes & Services, the nation’s fourth largest nonprofit senior living provider, announces the appointment of Jon Fletcher as Chief Executive Officer. For the past eight years, Jon has served as their Senior Vice President of Senior Housing Partners, overseeing the organization’s growth, expansion, and real estate development.
“We are thrilled to ask Jon to lead PHS as its new CEO,” said Jim Green, chair of the PHS Board of Directors. “His proven leadership and thoughtful approach will undoubtedly lead PHS into the next era of growth and provision of compassionate care.”
Prior to PHS, Jon served in business development roles at Lennar Multifamily Communities (LMC, now Quarterra) and Alatus, both multifamily home builders in Minneapolis, MN.
Jon earned an MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a BA in Christian ministry & music performance from Crown College. He served for eight years in the US Army and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
