Quala hires Scott Harris as Chief Financial Officer

CarterBaldwin Executive Search and Quala are pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Harris as Chief Financial Officer.

Quala is a fast growing Industrial Services Company, backed by private equity group Advent International, one of the largest and most experienced private equity investors.

Prior to joining Quala, Scott was Chief Financial Officer for The Safariland Group, a technology company which served the law enforcement and sporting equipment industries. During his tenure, he saw Safariland through seven successful acquisitions and the company’s revenue nearly doubled in just four years. Prior to his role at Safariland, Scott held multiple finance leadership roles at both Delphi Automotive and Honeywell International.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He was named 2017 CFO of the Year by Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) in the Jacksonville Business Journal and has served on several advisory boards. In his spare time, Scott enjoys skiing, golfing, and reading.
