CarterBaldwin Executive Search and Professional Plumbing Group (PPG) are pleased to announce the placement of Erica Smith as Vice President—People and Talent.
Erica joins PPG from Comcast NBCUniversal where she served as the Senior Director of Talent Initiatives. In this role, the CEO charged her with transforming the company’s onboarding and candidate experience, as well as leading all key talent management efforts internally. Prior to joining Comcast, Erica had a successful ten-year career with multiplatform retailer QVC, where she held several roles with increasing responsibility. She played a key role in building out the performance management process and succession planning programs, as well as ensuring cultural uniformity across the company.
Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State and a master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University.
