CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to join Our Daily Bread in announcing Regina Bergeron as Global Chief Development Officer.
Regina joins Our Daily Bread with more than 25 years of international development and fundraising leadership experience in faith-based and missionary-focused nonprofits. She joins ODB from Alpha International, where she served as Global Chief Development Officer, leading Alpha International’s first-ever global fundraising campaign by partnering with the CEO and Board to shape the organization’s 2033 vision, securing $177M in pledges toward a $308M goal while helping drive projected global participation growth from 1 million to 3 million guests. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Development Officer at TMS Global and Operation Mobilization USA, playing a key role in articulating the vision, building the brand, and telling the story of the organizations, ultimately increasing donor participation and gift amounts.
Early in her career, Regina was Marketing Director for Food for the Poor, the largest international relief and development organization in the US, and Mission Manager at World Challenge, where she served as a missionary in Mozambique, Africa.
Regina earned her BA in Business Communications from William Paterson University of New Jersey. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Fund Raising (CRFM) and is Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) accredited. Regina has served as treasurer and trustee of The Waisie Foundation for the past 15 years.
