CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Springs Rescue Mission, announces the appointment of Travis Williams as the Colorado-based organization’s new President and CEO.
Travis has been an integral part of Springs Rescue Mission leadership since 2016, most recently serving as Interim President & CEO as the Board worked to identify the organization’s next leader.
“After a nationwide search to find the best individual to lead Springs Rescue Mission into the future, the Board believes we’ve found the best person for the job,” said SRM Board Chair Trenton Langhofer. “Travis’s passion, leadership and faith-driven approach make him the perfect choice to lead SRM into its next season of growth and impact.”
Prior to his interim role, Travis served for eight years as the organization’s Chief Development Officer, championing innovative approaches to fundraising, community collaboration and program development.
Travis began his career as a financial advisor in Southern Colorado before pursuing a working life in ministry. Before joining SRM, he held leadership roles at Focus on the Family and Awana, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives and supported global outreach efforts. Williams has also offered strategic insight to other ministries by serving on numerous nonprofit boards.
A native of Southern Colorado, Travis earned his BSBA in marketing from Colorado State University.
