CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Stephanie Minor as Chief Financial Officer for the McDonald Agape Foundation.

Stephanie brings more than 35 years of financial and operational leadership spanning nonprofit, government, and entrepreneurial environments, with a strong record of strengthening organizations through disciplined stewardship and mission alignment.

She most recently served as Director of Finance and Operations at The Falls Church Anglican, where she oversaw all financial, HR, IT, facilities, and administrative functions. There, she implemented internal controls, streamlined budgeting and operational processes, strengthened HR systems, and partnered closely with lay leadership and committees to align resources with ministry goals.

Previously, Stephanie held senior finance and operations roles with Imagine Schools and the Organization for International Investment. Earlier in her career, she founded and scaled It’s A Family Affair Childcare, growing the organization into a 10,000-square-foot center serving 100 children. She began her professional journey in federal auditing with the US Environmental Protection Agency and Defense Contract Audit Agency.

Stephanie holds a BS in accounting from Bowie State University.
