CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to once again partner with Worthington Christian School as they announce the appointment of Todd Aiken as Upper School Principal.  

 Todd joins Worthington Christian with more than thirty years of leadership experience in Christian education, including serving as Head of School and Upper School Principal at Eden Christian Academy in Pittsburgh, PA. Throughout his career, he has also served as a classroom teacher, chief academic officer, and varsity coach, as well as a regional accreditation commissioner for the Association of Christian Schools International. 

 “Todd brings a unique blend of experience, spiritual maturity, and vision,” said Dr. Erica Van Dop, Assistant Head of School. “He is deeply student-centered, and his passion for developing faculty, cultivating a Christ-centered culture, and strengthening school programs is contagious.  Todd holds an MEd in educational leadership from Regent University and a BS in human resource management from Messiah University.
