CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to partner again with Oaks Christian School in appointing Erick Streelman as High School Principal.

Erick joins Oaks from Pacifica Christian High School in Santa Monica, CA, where he served as Principal. During his tenure, he led initiatives that boosted applications by 53% and cultivated a more biblically grounded school culture. Prior to Pacifica, Erick served at King’s Schools as Head of School/Vice President of CRISTA Ministries and as Head of School at Saddleback Valley Christian School. At both, Erick’s leadership was instrumental in strengthening enrollment, operations, and fundraising.

Erick began his career teaching social studies and coaching football and baseball at Bishop Manogue High School and Valley Christian Schools, later joining Archbishop Murphy High School as a teacher and Athletic Director.

Erick earned his BS in secondary education and MBA from the University of Nevada, where he played Division I football and baseball, earning Academic All-American honors. He is currently completing his PhD in Christian organizational leadership at Liberty University.
