Forbes—in partnership with analytics firm Statista – compiled the list based on a number of different criteria, in particular the feedback received after surveying thousands of recruiters, candidates, and HR Executives who have worked with recruiting firms over the last three years. Those who were surveyed were asked to identify up to 10 recruiting firms (excluding their own), which yielded a total of almost 15,000 recommendations. The companies were then ranked based on the number of recommendations received.
