CarterBaldwin Executive Search and Bethany Christian Services proud to announce the appointment of Christopher Palusky as President and CEO.
Christopher, scheduled to join Bethany on January 2, 2018, is assuming the role from Bill Blacquiere, who has held the position for 12 years and has played an instrumental role in Bethany’s evolution, helping to strengthen child welfare services here in the United States and developing countries around the world.
Christopher began his career at World Relief and most recently served as US Vice President of Private Funding and Humanitarian and Emergency Affairs at World Vision, a global Christian humanitarian organization partnering with children, families and their communities to tackle the causes of poverty and injustice. He brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience to Bethany, having implemented and established multi-site teams that have flourished and grown to meet the needs of vulnerable populations around the world. As Bethany’s President and CEO, he will be responsible for developing long term strategy and direction, leading innovative change, and building impactful relationships and partnerships for one of the largest global Christian social services organizations.
After an extensive vetting and interview process, Bethany’s Nominating Committee unanimously selected Palusky based on his track record of success with nonprofit organizations dedicated to humanitarian efforts.

They also provide counseling to families, assist refugees and immigrants resettling in the U.S., and partner with several international countries to help keep families together.
