CarterBaldwin and Delta Air Lines are pleased to announce that Lisa Bauer has joined the company as Vice President , Onboard Services. Lisa is a twenty year veteran of the hospitality and services industry. In her previous role, she was President and Chief Operating Officer of International Cruise & Excursions (ICE) where she led the commercial marketing, customer experience, human resources and product management functions. At Royal Carribbean Cruises Ltd., she was responsible for 22 ships, 40,000 employees, and a multibillion dollar budget.
Lisa began her career working for ten years in the airline industry at Midwest Express and Legend Airlines. Lisa was previously an All-American swimmer and is the Board Chair of Make-A-Wish Foundation for South Florida. She sits on the boards of The Greater Milwaukee Open PGA Tour event, the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board, and the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum. Lisa received an Award for being in the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Travel by Travel Agent Magazine.
Lisa holds a B.A. in Political Science from Allegheny College.
