CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Bob Magnussen as President of Frontier Justice, a firearms retailer and shooting range that is a portfolio company of Rooted Pursuits.
Bob brings 30 years of large and multi-site retail management experience to Frontier Justice, most recently from global eyeglass retailer Luxottica (ESLOF: OTCPK), where he led 84 locations as Senior Regional Manager. Prior to Luxottica, Bob spent more than 27 years at retail giant JCPenney, where he ultimately had responsibility for 113 stores and $1.2B in revenue.
Bob attended The University of Arizona and lives with his wife and two children near Kansas City, MO.
