CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with The King’s Academy (TKA) School Board, is pleased to announce the selection of Jeff Freeman as the next Head of School, beginning July 1.

Jeff joins TKA from Heritage Christian School in Indianapolis, IN, where he served as CEO for ten years. Under his leadership, the PK-12 school of 1500 has been identified as the “Top College Prep School in Central Indiana.” Prior to serving as CEO, Jeff served as CFO and athletic director. During his tenure at HCS, Jeff established the school’s financial stability, founded a Teach, Mentor, Train model for discipleship and started a Young Life chapter.

Early in his career, Jeff served in various senior level accounting and financial roles at Ernst & Young, Jefferson National Life, and Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance. He earned his BA in accounting and business administration from Anderson University in Indiana.
