CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to announce that James Hamill has been named Corporate Controller of J&J Snack Foods (NASDAQ: JJSF). In this newly created position, James will report to CFO Ken Plunk and will serve as a key partner in building a world-class finance and accounting operation that is increasingly a strategic partner to the business.
James joins J&J from Entercom (NYSE: ETC), a publicly traded media company, where he served as treasurer and interim chief accounting officer and controller and assistant controller. Prior to Entercom, James served in senior accounting roles at AmeriGas Partners (NYSE: APU) and Airgas (NYSE: ARG). James spent the first eight years of his career in KPMG’s audit practice.
James is a Philadelphia native and holds a BS in Analytical Finance and an MS in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
