CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Atlanta Mission, announce the appointment of human resources executive Julie Clement as the nonprofit ministry’s first Chief People & Culture Officer.
Julie brings a wealth of human resources leadership experience to Atlanta Mission, most recently from Novelis (NYSE: NVL), where she served as North America Director, Human Resources. Prior to Novelis, Julie was the Chief People Officer at Vology and Vice President, Solutions Consulting at Greenway Health.
Earlier in her career, Julie held sales, marketing, and client services roles at several leading providers of human resources and benefits solutions and human capital management technology software companies.
Julie earned her BBA in business management from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. She is SHRM and PHR certified.
