CarterBaldwin Executive Search and J&J Snack Foods Corp. (NASDAQ: JJSF) are pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Plunk as Chief Financial Officer.

Ken brings extensive finance experience to J&J Snack Foods (J&J) from senior and executive roles at industry giants like Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., The Home Depot, and The Coca-Cola Company. He began his finance career at Ernst & Young before transitioning to the client side, finding early and substantial success at Holiday Inn Worldwide. Raised in the family farming business in Tennessee, Ken discovered a love for finance while earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Memphis.

At J&J, Ken will be responsible for leading strategic growth and transformational initiatives and maintaining the strong financial integrity of the business. “I am thrilled to have someone of Ken’s vast abilities and experience to help guide and grow a great organization like J&J Snack Foods,” said Founder, Gerald B. Schreiber. “Ken has a deep understanding and functional expertise in all aspects of corporate finance and financial planning and accounting.
