CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Ken Wegrzyn as Head of eCommerce for HRM Enterprises, Inc.
Ken joins HRM with more than three decades of leadership in eCommerce and sales, most recently from Renovation Brands, a Comvest Partners portfolio company and leading ecommerce retailer and wholesaler in the home improvement products space.
Prior to Renovation Brands, Ken cofounded MR Direct Sink. He grew the start-up to $30M in revenue before its sale to Elkay Manufacturing. Following the sale, Ken spearheaded the eCommerce business and grew it to $100M+, growing key platforms with Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Overstock, Build.com, and Houzz.
Ken studied biology while at Lourdes College and the University of Toledo.
