CarterBaldwin and Pampered Chef are pleased to announce that Karianne Gomez has joined the company as Vice President of Field Strategy and Customer Experience. Karianne is a 10+ year veteran of consumer products and packaging consulting. She will report directly to CEO Tracy Britt-Cool and will have responsibility for driving innovation and exceptional customer service through the unique field organization of 40,000 passionate Pampered Chef consultants.
Prior to her role at Pampered Chef, Karianne was the Vice President of Strategy for HAVI Global Solutions, a global consultancy specializing in the restaurant packaging and supply chain industry. Before joining HAVI, she worked as a Consulting Manager at ZS associates developing growth strategies for consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and industrial companies. Karianne began her career as an engineer working for Delphi Corporation.
Karianne holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, a Master’s of Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.
