CarterBaldwin Executive Search and ProSource Plumbing Supply, an industry leader in supplying high-end plumbing fixtures to builders and homeowners, are pleased to announce the appointment of Drew Roberts as Chief Executive Officer. Drew will succeed ProSource Founder and CEO, Grover Martin, who is retiring after 24 years.

Prior to M&D Distributors, Drew led the Plumbing and HVAC division for Morsco, a U.S. distributor of commercial and residential plumbing, waterworks, and HVAC products, securing annual sales of $1B and overseeing 1,700 employees. He also led an ownership transition, from a PE company to a wholly-owned subsidiary, and integrated business units, training programs, and employee retention strategies into a single, streamlined operating company.

A Texas native, Drew graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He began his career at Ferguson Enterprises, where he found significant success in sales and quickly rose through the ranks to sales manager for all sales groups.

At ProSource, Drew will lead the family-owned company through its next phase of scale and growth, establishing a collaborative business strategy and organization structure that will drive best-in-class operating methodologies and lead to accelerated growth and improved customer service. He will also further develop ProSource’s leadership team to continually and predictably accomplish business-critical objectives while supporting ProSource’s proud heritage.
