Angela is a dynamic executive with 15+ years of experience building strategic human resources functions at fast-growing companies. She will report to directly to CEO Tracy Britt Cool and have responsibility for championing The Pampered Chef’s corporate culture, hiring top talent, optimizing employee engagement, and implementing transformation strategy for the company’s distinctive direct sales model.

Angela holds a Master’s of Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
