CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Tim Dammon as Chief Development Officer for faith-based youth ministry OneHope.

Tim brings a wealth of advancement leadership experience to OneHope, most recently as Chief Advancement Officer for International Cooperating Ministries, a global church planting ministry, where he overhauled their major gifts strategy and grew the organization from $9M to $35M. Prior to ICM, Tim served as Chief Philanthropy Officer and Director of Alumni Engagement for the Halftime Institute.

Tim began his career in business and technology and following a decade of product management leadership, pivoted to the nonprofit sector. He joined The Seed Company as their first Chief Development Officer and then continued in international president roles for Empowering Church Healthcare Outreach (ECHO) and Angel Flight South Central.

Tim earned an MA in engineering psychology from Rice University and a BS in psychology from University of Houston-Clear Lake.
