About Young Life
Founded in 1941, Young Life is a global, ecumenical Christian ministry that for more than 80 years has been driven by a single vision – every young person deserves a chance to hear and make their own decision about “the greatest love story ever told.” By building relationships with young people, walking alongside them and “earning the right to be heard,” Young Life’s volunteers share God’s love through their actions and words. Through this model, Young Life has grown from one ministry in Texas to becoming a truly global organization, with ministry in over 100 countries.
