CarterBaldwin is proud to partner again with CMSPI in the announcement of Aaron Masih as Global Chief Operating Officer for the Manchester, UK-based international payments consultancy. As the company’s first COO, Aaron will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for driving operational discipline and structure across the company, bringing additional sophistication and strategic alignment across the company’s commercial operations and business planning processes.

Aaron brings more than 20 years of experience successfully leading global strategy and business operations in the technology and payments industry. In his most recent appointments, as Vice President, Head of Customer Success for the North American businesses at Trustly, a Swedish fintech/payments company, and Vice President of Customer Success at Action IQ, he developed and implemented strategic customer success programs that resulted in triple-digit overall revenue growth in both ventures.

Aaron has also served as Global COO at Persado, COO at EVOQ Medical, Inc., and spent the early part of his career first as an entrepreneur.

He earned his MBA in finance from Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a BS in computer information systems from Clemson University.
