CarterBaldwin Executive Search and Delta Air Lines are pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Campbell as Managing Director of Customer Insights and Analytics.

Carol is joining the Delta team after having spent over twenty years with The Walt Disney Company.  She has held various consumer-centric positions across the organization, including Planning & Development, Research and Operations.  Carol led strategic planning for Disney’s hotels worldwide, including a holistic evaluation of the business strategy, and approval of a multi-billion-dollar investment plan. Most recently, she led the hotel development portfolio for the Walt Disney World site.

Carol will be responsible for the overall Customer Research for Delta, including Delta’s NPS reporting and analysis. In addition, her role will lead the Customer Analytics team, which delivers advanced modeling and analytics as a shared service to Delta’s businesses and functions.

Originally from the Detroit, MI area, Carol received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her MBA from Rollins College.
