CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Mark Williams as Director of Sales & Operations Planning at Monterey Mushrooms.
Mark brings two decades of supply chain leadership experience spanning supply chain management, financial integration, and operational transformation across public and private equity environments. He joins the North American mushroom cultivator after 16 years with Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) where in his most recently role as Director of S&OP for a significant business unit, he reduced inventory, increased service levels, and cut product obsolescence costs.
Earlier at Keurig Dr Pepper, as Director of Productivity and Transformation, Mark led efforts that delivered significant synergy and productivity gains following the Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple Group merger. As Director of Supply Chain Finance, he oversaw $400 million in annual logistics spend and achieved a $50 million cost reduction through data-driven optimization.
Mark began his career at Eastman Kodak Company, where he led the Health Imaging division’s S&OP process, achieving a 32% reduction in inventory and improved forecast accuracy.
Marks holds an MBA in finance from Baylor University and a BS in industrial engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
