CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with J&J Snack Foods on the appointment of Michael Pollner to Senior Vice President & General Counsel.
Michael joins J&J from Knoll, Inc., (NYSE: KLL), global designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-end office and residential interiors products, where he was Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Secretary, and maintained leadership and management of all global legal functions, including leading the $1.8B company through its recent sale to Herman Miller (NASDAQ: MLHR).
Prior to Knoll, Michael was an attorney at Blank Rome LLP and Cohen & Grigsby (now Dentons Cohen & Grigsby).
He earned his JD with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
